I'm trying to sign up, but my password isn't being accepted. What are the password requirements?

For security purposes, your password must meet the following criteria: Minimum of 8 characters At least one uppercase letter At least one lowercase letter At least one number At least one special character (@, $, !, %, *, ?, &) Ensure your password meets all these requirements.

I haven't received my email verification message. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder, as the verification email might have been filtered there. If you still can't find it, try resending the verification email from your account dashboard. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance: support@sisenow.co.uk.

Do I need to complete all profile update steps?

While you can start using the platform with a basic profile, completing all profile sections increases your visibility to potential clients and enhances your chances of securing jobs.

What withdrawal methods are available, and are there any restrictions?

Our platform offers two primary withdrawal methods for freelancers: Stripe and Paystack. The availability of these methods depends on your country of residence: Stripe: Available for freelancers residing in SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) countries. Stripe facilitates withdrawals to local bank accounts in these countries. Paystack: Available for freelancers in non-SEPA countries, including Nigeria. Paystack supports withdrawals to local bank accounts in these regions. Please ensure that your bank account details are correctly entered in your profile to facilitate smooth transactions. Can I skip the pitch video?

The pitch video is recommended to improve your chances of getting approved and hired, but it may not be mandatory.

How long does profile approval take?

Admin review typically takes 1-3 hours after submission.

You'll receive feedback and can update your profile accordingly for resubmission.

Is a billing method required to post jobs?

Yes, you must set up a billing method before posting or ordering jobs, but you get debited only after you hire a freelancer.

How do I post a job?

After logging in and setting a billing method, you can fill in job details and publish it.

Can I invite a specific freelancer?

Yes. Set the job to private visibility and use the invite feature.

What if the client's payment fails?

The system notifies the client, and they can retry the payment. The contract activation is paused until payment succeeds.

How are disputes or revisions handled?

Clients can request changes after submission. Payment is only released once the work is approved.

How can I list a project for sale?

After verifying your profile, you can create and submit a project through the "Add Project" flow.

What are the tiered pricing options?

You can offer Basic, Standard, and Mega packages with different prices, features, and delivery timelines.

How long does an admin review take?

Project reviews usually take 1-3 hours.

What if my project is rejected?

You'll get feedback from the admin team. Update and resubmit for approval.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

Withdrawals can be made after a 14-day holding period post-payment approval.

How do I set up a withdrawal method?

Add a valid withdrawal method in the "Get Paid" sections under Settings.

Can I schedule my withdrawals?

Yes, you can set a future date for automatic withdrawals.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Check your country-specific payment provider terms. Sisenow may not charge additional fees directly.

What devices are supported?

Sisenow supports both computers and mobile devices with internet access.

Can I use the same account as a freelancer and a client?

Account roles are distinct. You may need separate logins or switch roles based on platform rules.
